Cancellation Policy

Please contact us directly if you have any questions about anything listed or not listed below: 1. No hunting license required for whitetail deer/mule deer or elk. 2. Fifty percent non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking hunt online, remaining due upon arrival at the lodge. We accept all major credit cards (3 percent charge for credit cards), check, or cash. 3. It will be mandatory that all hunters check their weapon of choice with their guide at our shooting range before heading to the stand. 4. If available - ask about an option to add whitetail elk or mule deer hunt at current rates once arrived 5. Transportation of your animals to a USDA Inspected Processing Facility. 6. Transportation of animal to local taxidermist upon request. ​ 7. Game processing & Taxidermy fees not included. 8. Any wounded animal will be charged as a kill and all efforts will be done to find wounded animal. 9. Non-hunters cost: $200/night (meals will be included) 10. Transportation – guest responsible for own transportation to and from airport, rental cars available at all airports listed. 11. Down payment can be made by check, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Please contact us directly. 12. If you cancel your hunt, or one or more of your guests drops out, those deposit(s) are non-refundable. We do not apply “next season” credits, or issue any refunds, for any reason. Please see our deposit policy as stated above. 13. Please call, text or email with all cancellations. No refunds. 14. Deposits of no-shows will not be applied towards another person’s hunt. 15. Gratuity is not included in the hunting packages price. If you feel your guide and cook did a good job, please tip them individually or as a group. Standard gratuity is customarily between 10-20 percent of total hunt cost. 16. Alcohol not included. 17. Smoking allowed only at designated area. 18. Any sign of impairment, hunt is done for the day. 19. All hunters must sign a waiver before the hunt begins. 20. Handicapped accessible hunting.
